Shipments and returns:

We ship our products worldwide including Australia, Asia, Europe, and the USA.

We provide free delivery for orders above 150 USD.

Packages are generally dispatched within 4 – 6 business days after we receive the payment receipt. They are shipped via TNT or DHL for both tracking and home delivery services. Shipping fees cover the handling and packaging fees, and the postage costs. Handling fees are fixed while the transport fees vary depending on the total weight of the package. Orders made separately are considered two different orders with different shipping fees. We advise our customers to put all desired items in one order to pay only one shipping fee.

If your order includes felt sheets/large rug and bags, the processing time will be longer ranging from 10 days to 15 days.

If you are ordering for special events, please do inform us the date to receive the goods .

 Customs/ Excise Tax

We have a shipping agent who will clear the merchandise from customs on behalf of our customers. Due to the nature of our products, packages are cleared right away without any issues. In Australia, Canada, Europe, and the USA, custom/ excise fees are waived by their respected governments.

But in some cases you may have to pay few import duties ranging from 20 to 50 USD. TNT will pay in your behalf and collect it from you later on. Felt & Yarn is not responsible for import and custom duties.

Return of Items

We accept the return of items within 15 days of receiving the package. We will only be refunded the price of the items. Delivery fees are excluded and customers have to pay for the courier charges of their country to return the package to us.
