Very nice quality felt balls, fast shipping and customer service is responsive. Make sure to check sizing and colors. I ordered 2 cm felt balls and what I received was closer to 2.5 cm. So if you need 2 cm, put a note that says you need exactly 2 cm. Also, some of the colors I received did not match... more what they looked like online- the pictures were brighter/lighter than actual.
